So Not Good

Yesterday's White House progress report says that the Iraqi military's readiness to take over the job on their own has actually gotten worse than it was before the "surge."

Apparently, however, it's not so bad that the Iraqi parliament can't take a month-long vacation. Hey, it's down from the original plan of two.
