Too bad Paraguay doesn't have Free Speech Zones

A few dozen protesters waited for Rumsfeld across the street from the shrine that honors historic figures in Paraguay's military. Standing behind a row of police in riot gear, the protesters chanted "Murderer! Murderer!" and shouted expletives as a military band welcomed Rumsfeld by playing the Star Spangled Banner.
